📦 Order Processing Times
Before your package begins its journey, it undergoes careful preparation in our facility to ensure everything arrives safely.

Standard Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process, pack, and dispatch your order. An order is officially considered dispatched once it is handed over to our shipping carrier and a tracking number is generated.

📍 Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer's responsibility to review and ensure that all shipping information is entirely accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete addresses can cause automated system flags or delivery failures.

Address Issues: If our system detects an address discrepancy, our customer care team will email you to verify your details within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days of our inquiry, we reserve the right to cancel the order for safety.

Correcting an Error: If you notice a typo or mistake in your shipping details, please email us immediately at support@taratti.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our absolute best to intercept and update the package, we cannot guarantee address modifications once processing begins.
⏳ Delayed Delivery
We strive to fulfill all orders with speed and care, but occasional transit disruptions happen. Courier networks can face unexpected delays due to severe weather, regional transit disruptions, or logistical setbacks. In these instances, Taratti will act as your advocate and work closely with the courier to help expedite your delivery.
Please note that Taratti is not legally liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will always communicate openly and provide whatever support we can to keep you updated.
🛡️ Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment is handed over to our courier partners, the physical handling of the package falls outside our direct facility operations. In the unfortunate event that your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please notify us at support@taratti.com.

Filing a Claim: We strongly recommend reaching out to the courier company directly using your tracking link to initiate a formal lost package claim. Most couriers require direct authorization from the recipient to complete this verification. Our support team will mirror this step by contacting the courier on our end to follow up on the claim.

Resolution Policy: Taratti is not legally responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit or after delivery confirmation, and these instances sit outside our standard refund policy. However, because we care deeply about your experience, we evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement companion depending on the claim outcome. If a package is suspected stolen, we recommend filing a local police report.
