Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Processing Phase: After this 24-hour timeframe, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests as the order will have already entered our automated fulfillment phase.

  • Refund Timeline: If you successfully cancel your order within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

📦 Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

  • What We Consider Damage: An item is classified as damaged only if it features a manufacturing defect or if the product itself is physically broken.

  • Cosmetic Packaging: Dented boxes, torn outer wrapping, or minor cosmetic shipping damage to the packaging where the product inside remains in perfect condition is not considered a damaged item.

Reporting Damage:

If your item arrives physically damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Please email support@taratti.com with your order details and a clear photograph of the product defect. If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal daily wear and tear, longevity use, or misuse.

🚚 Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Taratti cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays that occur outside of our direct control. This includes hold-ups caused by the courier, local customs clearance, extreme weather, or transit issues.

If you experience any delivery hitches, please contact the courier service directly using your tracking number. Taratti is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you notice an error, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If we are not notified of an address error within this 24-hour window, you will not be entitled to a complimentary resend or a refund if the package is misdelivered or returned to sender.
